You need to know HTML code to edit, but now I've installed a wysiwyg editor.
To insert a document, you need to know it's URL from the settings:
After you upload a file, it takes you back to this page...so annoying, but at least i can resize this image right in my browser.
And I can embed YouTube Videos with just a URL:
